SALES TAX: There is no sales tax on purchases made through Trendy Tadpoles.
SHIPPING/DELIVERY INFO: Trendy Tadpoles ships merchandise via UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Many factors determine which option is used to ship your purchase, including the weight and dimensions of the product. Please note that we are unable to arrange delivery to P.O. boxes. Standard shipping charges are based on the total price of an order and shown in the chart below.

ADDRESS VERIFICATION: Please note we reserve the right to ask the customer for additional information prior to shipping if the billing address of the customer does not match the billing address on the credit card used. If the customer is unable to verify the correct billing address, name and/or phone number for the billing address we reserve the right not to ship the merchandise or process the order. We provide this service as a further protection and security for our customers.
GIFT WRAPPING SERVICE: For that extra-special touch we offer a gift wrapping service for only $6.50 per gift.
MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY: At Trendy Tadpoles customer satisfaction is a priority. Therefore, we have been very detailed in our product descriptions so that you, the customer, know prior to ordering as much information about the product as possible. Every item that we sell is carefully inspected prior to shipping. Because many of our products are custom designed at the time an order is placed, we ask that you please make your selection very carefully as these items are not returnable. Monogrammed, personalized and all customized items and designs are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged; however, if the monogramming or personalization is incorrect at the fault of Trendy Tadpoles, not the customer, then we will gladly exchange it for the same item with the correction(s) made. In this scenario, Trendy Tadpoles will pay the shipping costs for the return. If errors are made on the customer’s behalf, item(s) are not exchangeable or refundable. Please ensure that you have typed your personalization EXACTLY as you would like it to be sewn on the item.
